Abstract.With the continuous increase in the number of employees in new business formats, the lack of occupational injury protection for this group has become increasingly apparent. The employment relationship of employees in new business formats is special, and there are obstacles to participating in work-related injury insurance. They cannot receive timely relief after occupational injuries occur, which is contrary to social fairness. On this basis, this article analyzes the problems in occupational injury protection for employees in new formats, and proposes the construction of a multidimensional occupational injury protection system for employees in new formats.
